Recovery max and if you have around 80 in each piece of equipment then you'll have everything around 50/70/100/50/50 (example) I also enjoyed using Pheonix Cradle for a while with bottom tree sun breaker which allowed me to burn the world, buff my damage, constantly have my abilities and most importantly share this with my team the downside is no one cares about your sunwarrior buff, literally no randomer ever stepped into one of my puddles of fire, stopped using it for the doom fang build to just spam bubbles, people care about weapons of light. Top tree arc for the ape shoulder charge. If you're wanting to roll an ape melee build, you're going to want to stack stats into Strength so you can get those low CD's. And then pretty much you can choose whatever else you want based on your playstyle. Same stat principles apply to Titan that apply to Warlock and Hunter.
